We started in Dammam in 2005 and grew alongside our clients into a multi-division technical & technology company: maintenance & networks, software & applications, and construction — all delivered under one roof, with one accountable partner.

Our story

From a single service to three divisions under one roof

In 2005 we opened our doors on King Khaled Street in Dammam, delivering computer and IT-infrastructure services to businesses across the Eastern Province. The goal back then was simple: service clients could depend on, a fair price, and a word that meant something.

As our clients’ needs grew, we grew with them — from systems maintenance, network cabling, and low-current and surveillance systems, into turnkey electromechanical and civil contracting, and on to the software, apps, and cloud platforms that run their businesses today.

Today we are a multi-division technical & technology company based in Dammam: three co-equal divisions — Maintenance & Networks, Software & Applications, and Construction — brought together under one accountable partner, so you get the whole solution without coordinating separate vendors.

    The start in Dammam

    Bali was founded to deliver computer and infrastructure services to Eastern Province businesses.

  2. Networks & maintenance

    From the device to the backbone

    We expanded into copper and fiber cabling, low-current and surveillance systems, and systems maintenance — and our work reached Khobar, Riyadh, and Jeddah.

  3. Electromechanical & civil

    Contracting to major industrial standards

    We moved into turnkey electrical, mechanical, and civil works.
