Questions we hear often
How long does an integrated business system take to build?
It depends on how many modules you need; we typically start with one or two core modules running within weeks, then add the rest gradually around your priorities.
Do we own the system data outright?
Yes — your data is fully yours, and the system’s usage license is permanent with no time limit. The source code isn’t included in the base pricing and can be purchased under a separate agreement per our published policies, with documentation and full training on backing up your data.
Are the details of each module (accounting, inventory, HR) fully documented?
We currently cover the general scope of each module and are adding finer detail progressively; for the exact specification of a given module, reach out and we will share it directly.
Are the systems compliant with e-invoicing requirements?
Yes — our sales systems comply with ZATCA’s e-invoicing requirements for both integration phases (Phase 1 and Phase 2), and issue invoices in XML, PDF, and PDF-A3/b formats.
How many users does the system license cover?
Typically 5 usage licenses are granted within the facility, or as agreed in advance — and the system runs on a single device or across a network connecting several.
Does the payroll system connect to the Mudad platform and banks?
Yes — our HR systems issue the bank-ready payroll file with integration with the Mudad platform, and keep complete employee records from hiring through end of service.
