Can finishing work be carried out in a building that’s still occupied?
Yes — we coordinate the work schedule and phased area access with your team to minimize disruption and dust, sequencing the work or shifting it outside operating hours where needed, without stopping your activity.
How do you control quality before handover?
We inspect each stage as it’s completed, not just at the end — line straightness, paint uniformity, tile stability — and log an internal punch list we close out before scheduling the client’s walkthrough.
What does your final handover standard cover?
A joint walkthrough that checks every finishing element item by item, plus a punch list we commit to closing before formal handover — the job isn’t considered complete until the last item is closed.
Do you take on full renovations, not just new finishing?
Yes — our executed works include renovating 6 schools and dozens of family housing units across the Eastern Province: complete renovation jobs covering the finishing plus the civil and electrical works they require, coordinated by one division.
Do you fit out offices, including network points and low-current?
